4. E-Shop
4.1. All items purchased from our e-shop are subject to availability.
4.2. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 12 days from the date of delivery, provided that:
• The item is in its original condition, with tags intact.
• The item has not been worn, used, or damaged.
4.3. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost returns.
4.4. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item and will exclude the original shipping costs.
